On Facebook, Anastasia Przybylski, co-chair of the Doylestown-based Kitchen Table Patriots, lamented, “What is the point pushing my kids so hard. What kind of future do they have? I was sitting here thinking about all of the practicing and studying my kids do so they get in a good college. What is the point?”

Jennifer Stefano, a Lower Bucks resident and state director of the conservative Americans for Prosperity, went for laughs:

“People say three years of hard work for this election and nothing was gained. That’s not true. For instance, I’ve gained 20 lbs. #LookingOnTheBrightSide.”

She later added, “Just woke the kids up and said: “Hey kids! President Obama just won re-election, so go down and play with those cheap Toys from China … because pretty soon, you’re going to be the one making them!” We’re on our way to serfdom! Hooray!”

The irrepressible Ana Puig, Przybylski’s partner with the KTP and state director of FreedomWorks, played cheerleader:

“No time for a pity party today! We need to keep on keeping on and on a state level, fellow Pennsylvanians, we have much work to do ahead to preserve the gains we made in 2010. I am ready! Who is joining me?”
