The USA Today/Gallup poll, conducted February 20-21, shows that 72 percent of Americans believe the individual mandate — requiring every American to purchase health insurance or pay a fine — is unconstitutional. That includes 56 percent of Democrats and 54 percent of people who actually believe ObamaCare is good for the country.
Rob Muise, co-founder of the American Freedom Law Center (AFLC), says the poll shows that Americans are waking up to the reality that the administration is “trampling all over our Constitution.”
