Actually the House has repealed Obamacare in its entirety, but needless to say the Democrat-controlled Congress has not advanced that particular bill! Now, the US House has voted 267-159 for the bill that would terminate the Community Living Assistance Services(CLASS) Act that was supposed to create a voluntary insurance program to help the elderly and disabled pay for home care. The Congressional Budget Office saw the program raising money in the short run, but adding to long-term budget imbalances in a few decades as the program began paying out more in benefits than it collected in premiums.
