Venango County Tea Party is asking you to vote in person at your precinct poll if you are able. If you are not able, apply for an Absentee Ballot by Oct. 27 and return the ballot to Venango County Courthouse no later than Nov. 3 at 8:00 pm. If you do vote by Mail-in ballot, personally deliver it to the Courthouse or mail it as early as possible to help our USPS with the overload and to assure your vote is counted.
The difference between Absentee and Mail-in Ballots? You have to request the Absentee Ballot, prove who you are and prove you are alive. You don’t with a Mail-in Ballot.
