The Venango County Tea Party will have its monthly meeting at 9 a.m. at their headquarters at 149 Summit Drive Franklin. All are invited for coffee and tea.
This month’s meeting welcomes State Representative R. Lee James, who will update the Tea Party on the recently passed state budget. The group also plans to work on their annual Constitution Project, where they donate a copy of the U.S. Constitution to high school seniors in Venango County to celebrate Constitution Day on Sept. 17.
