A conservative leader is weighing in on President Obama’s choice to head up the World Bank, in particular his connections to liberal billionaire George Soros.
The connection was revealed by none other than Dr. Jim Yong Kim in an interview with television host Charlie Rose, who wanted to know what the high point of Kim’s career had been prior to his selection as World Bank president.
“The high point was when we started receiving support — first from George Soros, who gave us our first grants,” Dr. Kim shared. “And then we received a huge grant from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.”
Seton Motley, president of Less Government, finds that statement telling.
