An attorney with experience in employment law says a new hiring push by the Obama administration puts employers at risk of legal action.

The Labor Department is calling for most firms that contract or subcontract with the federal government to have disabled people make up to seven percent of their workforce. Though the Department says it is not an explicit requirement, companies that do not hit the target could have their contracts revoked.
